4. Payments and Delivery

Members who wish to buy or sell records and CDs through the Pitchadisc platform are strongly encouraged to maintain an active PayPal account, as PayPal is the preferred and recommended method of payment for all transactions conducted between members.

The use of PayPal provides an independent and established third-party payment service that offers additional safeguards for both buyers and sellers. In the event of suspected fraud, non-delivery of goods, or disputes arising from a transaction, PayPal's dispute resolution and buyer/seller protection mechanisms may assist in resolving such matters, subject to PayPal's applicable terms and eligibility requirements.

While members remain solely responsible for the transactions they enter into, the use of PayPal is recommended to promote secure payments, reduce the risk of fraud, and facilitate the fair resolution of payment-related disputes.

Payment methods, shipping arrangements, insurance, delivery, returns, and any other transaction details must be agreed upon directly between the buyer and seller.
